Fill out our online RFQ form (or call us, or email, or WhatsApp — whatever works for you). Include item names, quantities, target delivery dates, and any specifications. Attach reference documents if helpful.

Our procurement team reviews your request, contacts our network of vetted suppliers, compares pricing and availability, and assembles the most cost-effective option that meets your specifications.

For complex or specialized items, we may reach out for clarification before quoting.

You receive a detailed quotation with itemized pricing (in your preferred currency), applicable taxes, delivery terms, payment terms, and the quote validity period.

Quotations include VAT, NHIL, GETFund, and COVID-19 levies as separate line items per Ghana tax law.

Review the quote on your client portal or in your email. Accept it directly online, request revisions, or ask questions through the messaging system.

No obligation to proceed — quotes are free.

Once approved, we begin sourcing or producing your items. For branded merchandise, custom production typically takes 5–10 working days. For stock items, expect faster turnaround.

You receive status updates at each milestone.

Before dispatch, every order undergoes our internal quality check. Items are inspected, counted, and packaged securely. Any discrepancy is resolved before items leave our facility.

Photos of QC-passed items can be requested for high-value orders.

Goods are dispatched to your specified location. Greater Accra deliveries are typically same-day or next-day. Other regions may take 2–4 days depending on logistics.

Delivery confirmation, signed delivery note, and invoice are issued upon receipt.
